Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To provide the best care for all patients, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

 

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: No charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: $50 cancellation fee.

• No-show appointments: $50 fee and may require a deposit before future scheduling.

• Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

 

We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the provider’s discretion for illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
